    Event Description:
    Madera County Superintendent of Schools will host the 37th annual Academic Decathlon on Saturday, February 2, 2019.  This year’s topic is The 1960s: A Transformational Decade.  The Super Quiz begins at 3:00 p.m. followed by a reception and awards ceremony at Madera South High School.  High school students will take tests in the areas of art, economics, literature, mathematics, music, science and social science.  Subjective events include essay, interview and speech.  The public is invited to attend.
